My Home Town

As part of a project for the OU I had to track down a historic landmark from my home town find an old photo then standing in the same place, take a photo today. I chose the market house in the centre of Ross

I then took a photo on 7/7/10 to show the differences, including; sign posts, restricted zones. However all the main features of the town are the same including other buildings.

Cheerleading Design Work

Busy few months so haven't been able to post anything (making up for it now). I also run my own cheerleading classes http://www.rosstempest.co.uk/ and do all the graphic work for them (including the website) have created posters and advert placed in local paper using Indesign and Photoshop.

Uni Work

Just completed my Open University course: Design Thinking: Creativity for the 21st Century. Thought I would post some of my final projects:

T-shirt design using the theme "hand gestures" from here I went with a cheerleading motif.

Device for preventing drink being spiked, is adjustable so can be fitted over a variety of glass; pint and small glass. Board game design. Based on the principle of snakes and ladders but to the theme of cheerleading. Moving around the board, avoiding the hazards and collecting the cheerleading cards. Finally my own project based on the idea of reducing packaging by having a reusable container which allows you to go to a fruit refill station and save money.

Well completed the first stage of my logo design task. Have discussed with client and while he would rather the design used a real life model I thought I should post these as examples of my work (although maybe a bit more graphic design and not as much logo design)
